What habits do you have in your life?

Our habits are simply the small things we do consistently, which add up to create the success or lack of success we are noticing in our lives.

It can be a confronting thing taking an honest look at our lives and noticing where we are tripping ourselves up

And it is a hugely important thing to do too.

Because how we do the little things is how we do everything in life.

And our life is simply a reflection of what we do on a daily basis.

So when you think about that vision of your life you are wanting to achieve

What daily/weekly habits do you need to put in place to help you achieve this?

Think about the different areas of your life…

Health, relationships, work, finances, personal development, fitness etc

Are there some old unhealthy habits that are keeping you stuck?

Do you need to raise your standards around your habits?

What habits do you have in your life that are helping move you towards the life you want?
